Following 23 years of
performances at the old East Fairmont High School, "Follies
'94" took the stage in the new EFHS Auditorium in
April of 1994 to three sold-out audiences of over 2,400 patrons.
P.J. Murphey, Jeff Zinn and John
Mainella take to the stage during "Follies '94" during
the "Pinball Wizard" from The Who's "Tommy".
"Busy
Bee Band Follies '95"
Hershel "Woody" Williams
speaks to the sold-out audience following a tribute to American
Heroes during "Follies '95". On October 14,
1945, Corporal Williams, at a White House ceremony, was the
recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, the highest
decoration bestowed by this country, by Harry S. Truman.
The Busy Bee Band &
Honeybees march in the 1995 Wheeling Festival of Lights Parade in
Wheeling, West Virginia. The group was selected as the Honor
Band to march in the annual parade.
"Busy
Bee Band Follies '96"
Long-time seamstress and
band supporter Jeanne Romino joins Choreographer Tracey Linn and
the Honeybees following "Follies '96".
"Follies '96" marked the 25th
Anniversary of the Spring production. The show closed to the
strains of "Celebration" as Senior Band students and
Honeybees were featured along with balloons and confetti cannons.
